What every adopter should know

The Quacktown Duck Derby is hosted by the Quacktown Community Foundation on Sunday, June 20, 2027 at Mallard Park.

Every duck adopted is entered in the race and assigned a unique duck number.
Winners are determined by the official order of finish. The first duck across the line wins the grand prize.
You do not need to be present to win. Winners are contacted using the information given at checkout.
Adopters must be 18 or older. Ducks may be adopted as a gift for someone of any age.
Duck adoptions are charitable contributions and are generally not refundable.
If weather or river conditions make the race unsafe, winners are chosen by random drawing from all adopted ducks.
Prizes are awarded as described. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
Race officials' decisions are final.
