About

WOOHOO!!! GUESS WHAT SEASON IT IS???? IT'S DUCK SEASON!! That means ducks are up for adoption for the PADUCKY DERBY held at Noble Park on Oct. 24th. I work at Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center a nonprofit organization. If you watch the news you know our funds have drastically been cut this past year. It is very hard to provide the needs for our clients - shelter, food, therapy, legal advise, resources, housing guidance (Kentucky needs housing!!!), and the list goes on. This is our biggest fund raiser for the year and helps us function!! So please, help us to help our clients - ADOPT A DUCK. You don't have to be present for the duck race to win - but it is fun to watch! Please go to my link to adopt a duck ($5) - a Quack Pack-6 ducks($25) or a Flock - 12 ducks ($50). Sincerely, Kelly Cosby
